 (1) What is the deceleration object of the reducer?

The main deceleration object of the reducer is the motor. Therefore, in actual mechanical and industrial scenarios, the reducer needs to be connected to the motor. The reducer plays the role of matching the speed and transmitting torque between the prime mover and the working machine. Most working machines have large loads and low speeds, and are not suitable for direct drive by the prime mover. The reducer is needed to reduce the speed and increase the torque. Therefore, most working machines need to be equipped with a reducer.

The reducer itself cannot generate power. When the reducer is working, the reducer transmits the power of the prime mover to the working machine (such as machine tool spindle, pump, fan, etc.). Reverse stop: When the driven equipment cannot stop or move in the reverse direction immediately, an electronic disk brake can be placed at the output end of the reducer to effectively achieve stop or reverse movement.

 

Transmitting power: The reducer can transmit power by converting the high-speed rotating motor driving torque into the low-speed torque required by the driven equipment.

Reducers can be classified according to dimensions such as transmission type, transmission level, gear shape and layout.
