TECHNICAL CONDITIONS
The SGR Technical Department's R&D team, composed of experienced doctoral candidate engineers, has developed a new type of planetary gear reducer, an optimization design system for planar enveloping worm gear sets, and a measuring instrument for planar enveloping worm shafts and hobs (China's first domestic set machine) after several years of effort. At the same time, SGR is equipped with a coordinate measuring machine, a gear reducer power performance test platform, and other laboratory equipment. SGR's specialized system integrates design, production, and professional services.
PRODUCTION CONDITIONS
SGR covers an area of 15,000 square meters, with a building area of 13,500 square meters. Our facility is equipped with advanced and specialized equipment, including a Four-Shaft Linkage Complex Surface CNC Grinding Machine, vertical and horizontal machining centers, gear machine tools, CNC vertical turning centers, and other general and specialized machinery.
